The band had their debut in April 1968 at Fossetangen on the outskirts of Mo i Rana - the town under the Norwegian Arctic Circle - doing cover versions of songs by groups like Cream, Spencer Davis Group and Vanilla Fudge - followed by original material like "Vampire Tango". A myth was born.
40 years later Taboo reunited for anniversary gigs in Bodø, Fauske and Mo i Rana - all towns situated in the Arctic Circle Area. Willy and Asa have been writing 11 new songs which have been recorded by Taboo in Hønsehuset Lydstudio in Bodø. The myth was reborn.
With their new song "Antarctica" Taboo have just joined the global climate crusade.
Their new album "Reborn" was released on the 29. of January 2010.
